Reheating Pies, Pastries and Family Foods

For the best outcomes, re-heat your The Village Baker treats in an oven at 180C.

The times for each food type are:

  • Cocktail Food 15 - 20 min

  • Individual Pies and Pastries 25 - 30 min

  • Family Pies and Lasagne, Moussaka 35 - 40 min

These food items are microwavable if you are in a hurry.

Even the tin foils that our Lasagne and Moussaka come in can be used in the microwave as long as they have food in them at the time.

Serving Cakes

Our cakes are stored and displayed in our refrigerated display cabinets to maintain the freshness. To give our cakes that delicious taste, we advise that you bring them to the room temperature. You can do this by taking the cake out of the fridge about an hour before you serve it up. To help with cutting of cakes use a knife that has been warmed in hot water then dried. This should help you get a nice clean cut.
